Ana M. Marin is an Accredited Coaching Supervisor (EMCC ESIA), ICF PCC Coach and EMCC Senior Practitioner, with more than 17 yearsâ experience in leadership development and coaching. She has partnered with leaders, managers and coaches across more than 20 countries. Her previous role as Leadership Development and Internal Coaching Manager at PwC Romania gives her first-hand insight into the opportunities, tensions and complexities experienced by coaches working within organisational systems.
Ana trained in coaching supervision with the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), and her guiding principle is: âWho I am is how I supervise.â She works with the whole practitioner: their thinking, emotions, embodied responses, values, professional responsibility and place within the wider system. She holds a spacious, grounded and thoughtfully challenging environment where coaches can slow down and bring what may still feel unfinished: uncertainty, ethical discomfort, complex client relationships, competing roles or a session that remains in the body. Models support the inquiry but never replace curiosity, deep listening and relational presence.
Her supervision balances thoughtful challenge with restorative support. It offers internal coaches a protected, reflective and developmental partnership, distinct from performance management or evaluation, in which they can explore contracting, boundaries, power, stakeholder expectations and organisational dynamics. Through this work, coaches strengthen their discernment, ethical and systemic awareness, resilience and confidence in making considered professional choices, while developing an âinternal supervisorâ they can carry into future sessions.
