Ifen is an executive coach, team coach, coach supervisor, and coach mentor with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in multinational organisations across Europe, Asia, and the United States. She is an ICF PCC, Coach Supervisor (ESIA), Team Coach (ITCA), and National Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach (NBHWC, United States).
Her supervision approach is reflective, systemic, restorative, and developmental. She creates a safe and spacious environment where coaches can explore their client work, strengthen ethical awareness, notice relational and systemic patterns, and reconnect with their own presence, resilience, and purpose.
Ifen has a particular interest in supporting internal coaches working within complex organisational systems, where confidentiality, contracting, boundaries, stakeholder expectations, and role clarity often require thoughtful reflection. She draws on Hawkins and Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model, Heron’s Six Categories of Intervention, adult development, systemic thinking, and wellbeing-informed practice. Her work is grounded in compassionate clarity, deep listening, and a commitment to helping coaches serve with greater courage, humility, and humanity.
