The series starts by demystifying the terminology, exploring examples of how group dynamics reveal themselves (or do not) and discussing/sharing ideas on how to best approach.
Session objectives:
Sally Jackson (Master Certified Coach and holder of the Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching) is co-owner and Managing Director of JS-International, a coaching and training business, based in Gibraltar. She is also one of the founding directors of a certified coaching and development programme for leaders, called โPersonal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoringโ, which is certified by the International Coaching Federation. Additional she leads JS-International's certified Team Coaching programme for leaders and aspiring team coaches.
Paul J Barbour, MSc, PCC, ACTC, is an executive and team coach. He is a writer and speaker with strong interests in team coaching and conflict resolution. Paul is also a Lead Tutor on team coaching at Henley Business School.
Paul's interest in the psychology of teams began during a successful 20-year career as a senior leader in Kerry Group PLC, one of the world's largest food and ingredients businesses. His experience within Kerry Group included: the leadership of large multi-location commercial teams; lead roles in integrating newly purchased businesses, and leading large-scale business transformation projects.
Louise van Haarst is a sought-after executive coach, courageous communication specialist, author, and co-founder of The Powerhouse, a global leadership development business on a mission to unlock human and organisational potential and to create leaders and teams who can manage conflict well.
A former merger and restructure consultant, Louise spent 20 years driving transformational change in the voluntary and international NGO worlds, often navigating strategic emergencies, complex cultures and thorny performance challenges.
Louise qualified in Executive Coaching & Behaviour Change at Henley Business School and is now resident coach at some of the most dynamic businesses in the Europe. She works with individuals and teams at all levels of seniority in a wide range of sectors, including consulting, technology, financial services, fashion and luxury, as well as coaching and mentoring in the start-up and venture capital spaces where rapid growth, volatility and variable management capability can be significant factors.

Alice spent 15 years of her career working for creative agencies and tech companies in London, including as Managing Director of pd3 and DF London. She advised clients including Unilever, O2 and Microsoft as well as being a founding member of an exited impact healthtech startup in the carehome industry.
Alice qualified as a professional executive and systemic team coach at Henley Business School, holds an accreditation in mediation and conflict resolution with Regent's University, and trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with the British Psychoanalytic Foundation.

In the third webinar, Dorothee Stoffels & Simon Cavicchia from the Ashridge Centre for Coaching, Hult International Business School, help team coaches to explore the key premises of relational team coaching, offering provocations and opportunities to reflect on how a relational approach is fundamental to successfully working with group dynamics.
Dorothee is an experienced Team and Executive Coach and OD practitioner. She holds an EIA from the EMCC at Senior Practitioner level. Originally trained as a systemic psychotherapist, she has always taken a keen interest in how organisations function as systems and her interventions focus on the relational aspects of human interaction and change. She has worked internationally with individuals, teams and organisations for over 14 years in a variety of sectors. She is the Programme Director of the Team Coaching Programme at Ashridge Business School and one of its founding members.
Simon is an internationally experienced OD Consultant, Accredited Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Team Coach, Process Consultant, Facilitator and Lecturer. Simon draws on his experience in consulting, deep human systems understanding and psychology to enable organisations to successfully navigate the complexities of transformational change processes, develop leadership cultures and individuals. He is a member of faculty on the Team Coaching Programme at Ashridge Business School and leads year 2 of the Masters in Executive Coaching.

Tracy is a leadership coach with 30 yearsโ experience in people development roles. Tracy is the Director of Live the Life Coaching Ltd and works globally as a Senior Consultant in a variety of sectors including Legal, Engineering, Communications, Retail and Financial Services.
Tracy had a long career as a senior leader in the John Lewis Partnership, working operationally as well as in Head Office. Tracy specialised in developing leaders to build high performing teams though individual and team coaching. Tracy is an experienced OD practitioner and has extensive experience advising and supporting leaders, in both John Lewis and Waitrose, through transformational change, embedding cultural and behavioural change. Tracy also held leadership roles in Next and more recently at Aviva where she was responsible for Coaching and Leadership Development for the UK, Canada and Ireland. Tracy is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (IFC), a qualified Coaching Supervisor and a skilled facilitator.
